Saparingo Primary School, established in 2005 by the local community, is the sole primary educational institution serving the rural area near the Masai Mara Conservancy in Kenya. Initially, the community constructed the first classroom, and with support from World Vision, three additional classrooms were added.
Over time, the school has expanded to include 10 classrooms, 10 ablution facilities, dormitories for boys and girls, staff housing, a kitchen, dining hall, and an administration block. These developments have enabled the school to meet the Kenyan Ministry of Education’s standards for primary education facilities. Since 2018, Wild Impact, in collaboration with andBeyond and other donors, has been instrumental in the school’s development.
